By-law changes: added new membership recrutiment clause. Put in rules we
discussed in previous meetings. Set a cap at 18 people allowed in the crew.
Adder officer job descriptions. People who have already agreed to read the
by-laws are Opie, James, Tracy, Adam, Max, Matt, Greg, Russ, Chris, Mindy,
and Jessica. I'm sure Tom will get anyone who wasn't at the meeting a copy.
Another question asked was that if we should let to Mexican exchange
students go to Nejedly. I guess we'll get more info on that later.
Menu: All the crews pay for the meat, appetizers and drinks, which the crews
we then provide for. Are crew members are involved in bringing vegetable
platters for the potluck. Crew 222 is suppose to bring potoatoes and
starches. And the mountain view crew is bringing deserts. The menu is as now
is Artechokes, Pork or chicken grilled with peanut sauce, chips and salsa,
and French bread.
Decorations. Hall is already has gold and silver hanging stars so we're
going to go with that. We're going to put drapes over the windows, white
dangling Christmas lights, fake/real plants to decorate the entrance, and
candles and flower(Most of this stuff needs to be donated.
Clean-up involves kitchen, restrooms, and main hall. Russ is in charge of
getting the clean-up tools except trash can bags which will cost about 5.00.
People who cook clean the kithen, and people who decorate clean the main
hall, and the rest bathroom. Matt is in charge of cleaning the kitchen, and
Russ and Mindy are in charge of cleaning the main hall and the bathroom.
Erik is still working. Max, Erik, and Greg are in charge of calling the
Library about their sound system. Opie needs to ask Mani for music.
Ettiquette classes on the 25th at the church. inviting 222 to this meeting.
Parents are invited to the Dinner Dance from 8-9.
In Santa Cruz the place we were going closed. New place needed.
