Standing on the windswept mountains above Tarifa and looking across the Straits to Morocco, it’s hard to believe this is just 70km from the concrete mayhem of the Costa del Sol.

If the wind don’t blow, wander round the town and drop into the port. Or make a trip to Gib and hang out with the locals.
