It was a cliffhanger of a tale. It was all there: the storm, the foam-crested waves (high as a skyscraper), the bad guys, the ships crossing in the night, the Coast Guard (the good guys!), cutting your anchors, the crying blonde, even the multiple installments (par la force des choses)... I sure hope you're keeping a detailed log that you'll convert into a best-seller one day. Then you'll be able to write everything off and let Uncle Sam foot the bill. Keep it coming!

Appreciated the pictures of the Delta Queen. When I was a kid, I got to ride it two or three times a year. It was how we got to Coney Island. It would stop at my home town in Ludlow, KY and we would ride the 15 miles up the river to Coney Island. It s re was a beautiful boat. When they closed Coney Island, the Delta Queen was sent to New Orleans. I also remember that the Delta Queen would have an annual race with with the Belle of Louisville. The would race 90 miles down the river from Cincinnati, O to Louisville, KY. It was a big thing if you were fortunate to get a ticket to ride on one of the two boats during the race. It was such a beautiful boat. Hope you two kids are having the time of your life. Will check you progress from time to time. Best regards,
