Greece: The Parthenon in Athens. Christy and I explored the ancient ruins atop the acropolis in Athens.  Nowadays, scaffolding holds much of it together, but it is very impressive nonetheless. From the acropolis we had incredible panoramic views of the sprawling white-washed buildings of Athens and the rolling hills of the surrounding country-side all the way out to the ocean.
