After a long drive from Frisco, we finally parked our rented car in front of 10932 Arrowhead Drive.  One by one they came out of the open garage.  Dana & Tess, Riz & Lex, Diana.....and Josephhhhh! Beso, beso...hug dito hug dyan.  Tuwang-tuwa na naman kaming lahat at nagkitakits uli. 
    "Joseph, bakit bigla kang naging formal. Kanina ang gulo mo ha?," ika ni Dana.  It's like a magic word that transformed J.G. to his alter ego Josephine Broken.  Tili at tawanan na abot sa kapitbahay.  Buti na lang at na-warningan na ni Diana ang neighborhood na may reunion kami sa kanila so don't call 911 pag maynarinig silang sigawan.
     Tuloy agad sa loob at after hugging all the Gonzales-Parado-Bautista, atbp....tuloy agad sa mesa at kwentuhan habang lumalapang sa mga pagkasasarap na mga handa ng mga first ladies ng batch '78 ....kasama na rin si JG doon.  Tawanan dito, tawanan don.  Kwentuhang katakot-takot.  Alam nyo ba na ang first job ni JG dito sa Amerika ay bilang isang "journalist".....note the " ".  Tagalagay ng mga magazines na order sa assembly line.  Si Val naman ay "floor manager"....taga lampaso ng sahig at tagalinis.  We talked about our most cherished humble beginnings...kung paano laging nahihinto ang assembly line dahil kay Joseph. 
     Sarap ng "American dilis"....smelt.  Hindi ako matandain sa mga putahe pero ang dami-dami at busog na busog kami.  Ang hirap lang standup comedian pala ito si JG, hindi kami nawarningan...sakit ng tyan namin namin sa katatawa.  Mahirap tumawa ng busog ano?  Dumating si Bodge galing sa trabaho at sinabihan na ni Diana si Joseph...."Wag mong bibiglain ang asawa ko ha!"   Aba't tahimik nga at formal si JG at mababa pa ang boses....for 2 minutes.   Sabi ni Bodge, "Ah ikaw ba yung Joseph e bakit iba ata yung kwento...."  Then parang sinusian na si JG at balik sa usual self nya.  Napatakbo si Bodge sa kitchen at nabigla nga ata kay Joseph. 
     Sayang at hindi nakasama si Ruben Cajiuat sa reunion.  He visited Riz & Dana the Friday before the mini-reunion.  Pero may mystery envelop na inilabas si JG....mga pasalubong from Fenchie & Ruben....Thanks Chie & Ben!  Then Chona & I gave a Toronto/Canada shirts to everyone.  Diana suggested that I do the business presentation now then back to LOL.  We presented a homebased business that might make us all business associates.  Habang pinapakita ko kay Diana yung Quixtar website sa itaas ng bahay nila....naririnig namin ang hagikgikan at tawanan.  Nangingibabaw din pa minsan-minsan ang boses ni Chona o ni Dana at halakhak ni Bodge. Of course si JG and pinakamalakas!  Pag baba namin, panay ang high five ni Chona at Joseph sa mga good jokes.  Everybody was just having a ball.  Tess is begging for them to stop dahil masakit na ang tyan nya.  Lex is taking some of pictures and also laughing out loud.  I usually smile at jokes but I found myself laughing at JGs all the time.  I can still picture Riz and Bodge's faces while laughing at the jokes.  Diana remembers some of JG's jokes back in high school.
     It was a sampler of JG's comical personality that we can see in his standup comedy show in one of the famous hotel hall in LA with Bernardo Bernardo on November 16.  Chona & I would love to see it if we can only fly down there again.  I'm sure it's going to be a hit!  Maybe he can bring the show to Toronto as well.  Order your tickets now before it get sold out.
     More pictures were taken then it's time to say goodbye.  But not until having another chit chat outside in the driveway.  It's the sad to part ways again, but hopefully we'll see each other again soon.  Sabay-sabay kami sa highway hanggang isa-isa and exit sa area nila.  It was a memorable afternoon.  And Chona can't get over some of Joseph's jokes and we were talking about it on our way to the hotel and even on the plane back home.  It was an afternoon when we laugh it all out loud.
