A TYPICAL BOILED FRY IS AS FOLLOWS

    A pot with 1 inch of water

    One or two sausages stabbed with the fork first to let the grease out

    One or two rashers

    A peeled onion cut in quarters

    Quarter of a red pepper

    Quarter of a green pepper

    Three or four french beans

    A tomatoe, whole

    A couple of mushrooms

    A couple of cloves of garlic

    A bayleaf

    Cook until the onion is tender enough for you

    If you like black and white pudding put a slice of each
    on a slotted spoon and put the spoon on top of the other ingredients. Don't let them into the water.
    Replace lid lightly and leave for about 2 miutes before lifting from the flame.
