Physical Description:
As a Kaled’a’in, Ambersky has very, very black hair, almost blue, that she wears long, reaching past her shoulders to her mid-back, with a few streaks of auburn and lighter reddish colors, pale golden skin, and light green-gray eyes.  She has a stubborn, definitely-formed face that is nonetheless softly oval and a reassuring smile.  She is a little taller than average, slender and graceful, and is starting to move with the confidence one might expect of a kestra’chern.
 
Personality/Attitude:
Ambersky is brave and stubborn but kind.  She is very strong-willed and doesn’t like to lose, but is very dedicated to her profession and shows signs of true talent.  She is generally level-headed, practical, and clear-thinking, and is very intelligent and analytical but surprisingly sensitive to emotions and feelings as well.  She is afraid of failure but doesn’t let anyone else see that, and is almost defensively self-confident most of the time.  Ambersky has a sort of bright, assertive manner that makes people trust her, and she is very loyal and worthy of that trust, with a sense of responsibility that is second-to-none.  Her adventurous spirit is unfailing, but she almost never jumps into things half-cocked or uncertainly.  She tends to admire gryphons for their spontaneity because of this trait, and seriously considered becoming a trondi’irn before she decided she was more suited to the life of a kestra’chern.  She enjoys helping and serving others and likes to help sort out problems.  With her creativity and logical mind and her liking to tinker with things, she probably would have become an artificer if she had grown up in Valdemar. 
 
Brief History:
Ambersky grew up in White Gryphon, but her adventurous spirit was always pushing her ahead, to try new things.  She rejoined the Tayledras with her kinsmen.  Recently, she has been sent to the court in Haven with her master, Foxfire, as an emissary, partly because Foxfire is uncertain of her suitability as a kestra’chern.  Ambersky has always felt a need to prove herself—both her parents were famous members of the Silvers, her older sister ended up an incredibly skilled kestra’chern sent to the Haighlei court, her older brother as another Silver, and her other sister as a trondi’irn.  Ambersky, the youngest, has always felt as if she has a lot to live up to.  She loves Valdemar so far, though she hasn’t seen much of her yet, and her adventurous spirit is thrilled with this journey.  However, she has never really felt as if she belonged anywhere.  Certainly not in White Gryphon, where she grew up.  Secretly, she wonders if she might belong in Valdemar
 
Goals:
To prove herself alongside her family and to become an excellent kestra’chern, to find a place where she feels she fits in
