Physical Description:
She has blonde-brown hair to her waist, which she usually has braided (1 braid). She has blue-green eyes and an oval face. She tends to wear blues, tans and yellows.

Personality/Attitude:
She tends to be soft spoken and loves to use her powers to help people. She always helps others and if she can’t she cries her eyes out. She dislikes men. She also does not trust easily, but she loves Mitai.

Brief History:
She was fostered by a Shin’a’in who stayed at Bolthaven. She doesn’t know who her parents were. Her foster mother was Bria Brightblade, a merc who lost her leg around the time that Kerowyn became Captain. She has no memory earlier than her 8th year. She learned from Quentin and the other mages at Bolthaven, she also learned how to defend herself a little, at least with a dagger. She is useless with sword or bow unless she uses her magic. She dislikes most men because she was raped while traveling with a caravan that was attacked en route back to Bolthaven after learning what had happened to her foster mother who had gone to visit Kata’shin’a’in. Her mother had been killed. She could find no trace of anything except magic.

After being healed she returned to Bolthaven and when Captain Kerowyn called for reinforcements in Valdemar she headed north, in the caravan was Mitai Grayhawk. They fell in love on the trip north after they had saved each other’s lives in the Comb. When Mitai was sick with snow fever, Anya was still on the border helping to keep magic out of the small bordertown of Littlefalls. When Mitai rejoined her they were both injured and they are now headed back to Haven so that their injuries can be tended better than at the House of Healing they have set up at the border. Mitai has a broken arm and Anya a broken leg. Anya’s horse is known as Whitestorm due to the color of the lightning bolt on his forhead and being creamy-gold in color. Whitestorm is a saddle-bred cull that her mother had given her on her eighteenth birthing-day. She has a Mindhealing gift, which she just finished learning the control of.

Goals:
