Physical Description:
IceHeart is a tall, slim woman, with a cold, serene bearing. She has a soft tan complexion, high cheekbones, sensuous lips (too often pressed into a thin frown), and dark blue eyes. Long black hair is confined in an intricate braid, not a single strand out of place. She is most often clothed in k’Leysha-style mage robes in dark colors with minimal ornamentation.

Personality / Attitude:
IceHeart has always been a very serious person, but recent events have exacerbated this trait to a sharp point. She has absolutely no sense of humor, and little tolerance for jokesters. She’s not an overly powerful mage, but she is a perfectionist, and insists on others meeting her exacting standards. She does not exhibit warmth or friendliness toward others, instead maintaining an icy cool distance at all times. She is a true merchant at heart, rarely takes action unless there is something to gain from it, and has little regard for altruistic heroes. She has ambitions, and lays careful plans in pursuit of them.

Brief History:
Despite her distinct lack of warmth, her organizational skills and ability to remain cool under fire (no pun intended), earned her a place in Serende SwiftBlade’s merchant caravan as his second in command. She is not well-loved, but is respected by the other members. She was little pleased with their mission to escort the young fire-starter Aidanna, seeing no profit in this action. When Serende was murdered and Aidanna kidnapped (and subsequently rescued), her displeasure with the situation grew. She blames Aidanna for Serende’s death, unequivocally, and sees her as nothing but a liability, but cannot find a way to wash her hands of the girl without endangering her status and position in the merchant caravan. She does not bother to hide her intense dislike, but does not go out of her way to harass her. She keeps the girl under very close scrutiny.

Goals:
Establish a strong merchant presence in Valdemar. Be rid of her responsibility toward Aidanna.
