Name:
Kadin

Age:
15

Physical Description:
5'8", elbow length wavy dark brown hair, curious hazel eyes, tan, muscular/boyish figure

Personality/Attitude:
People might describe her as rather random, but in her mind everything she does makes sense. Taught to express her opinions, most of the time what's on her mind comes flying out of her mouth. She's got terrible timing and occasionally has to remind herself that "there is a reason that all this is happening" to her. She's early to make assumptions at times. She sees people as a puzzle and is always trying to put their pieces together in order to "figure them out". She's also not a big fan of change, and sometimes feels so helpless.

Brief History:
Her mother, Ananda, died suddenly of an unknown illness when she was only 3... Her mother had had elbow length hair just like hers, so despite that fact that it is always in the way, Kadin refused to cut it. Afterward, she and her father, Jela, moved to by the Terilee River where they isolated themselves from the world and lived off of their own produce. Everything went well until one day a group of bandits went astray of the pathways and stumbled onto their secluded paradise. She had been sitting in her favorite tree when she heard shouting. By the time she reached the trunk of the tree, all was as silent as it had been before. She rushed to the gardens where her father had been only to find his shredded (lack of better adj.) remains. She stood staring for what seemed like an eternity before she pulled herself together long enough to put together a proper burial. Afterward she stood hugging herself as the dauntless bloodstained flowers in the garden stared at her, and thoughts of what she could have done flooding through her head. With tears blinding her she stumbled to the Terilee River. She gazed into its depths and thought the unthinkable. She closed her eyes and took a calming breath. Just as she was about to fall into the abyss something knocked her backwards. She opened her eyes and glared at the first thing she saw: a white horse. The horse turned it's blue eyes on her and "said" a phrase that would change her life forever… :I Choose you.:

Goals in life:
Despite the way she may act at times, she wants to find love. But at the same time she's afraid of love because she saw what the loss of her mother did to her father. This causes her to chase after guys that she can't possibly have so that she will never have to deal with love. It's a rather complex situation. And she's searching for her place with the help of Jarah, her companion.
