History-
Scyre was born on a breeding farm in the Velvar countryside. He was trained to be a bodyguard and assassin for the royal family of Velvar. He was separated from his family at a very young age to make sure that he would have no distractions in his duties. He began his service to the royal family at the age of sixteen. Unfortunately for his superiors, he was better at his profession than he was supposed to be. At the age of twenty, he tired of killing after he was ordered to kill the son of a political dissenter. He escaped the palace by killing all of the guards by way of revenge, and became a freelance mercenary in Jkatha. As part of a Jeweler's Guild caravan, he made his way to Kata'shin'a'in. While there, he saved the life of a young Shin'a'in shaman-in-training named Laran shena Tale'sedrin. Through his new friend, Scyre heard about the land of Valdemar, where he would never be ordered to kill a child, and would be able to start a new life. He immediately started north of a battle-trained mare, a gift from Laran. When he finally reached his goal, he found that the common populace would still persecute him for his past. Prepared to leave, his hopes shattered, he ran into a Herald by the name of Sheros, who showed him that there were people would see through his past to the person who left a comfortable home to be able to stop killing and had saved the life of a young Shin'a'in. He went to Haven and quickly made friends with the Weaponsmaster Alberich, who was intrigued by Scyre's style of fighting, which was more of a dance than a fight. The only person who fought anything like it was a young Herald by the name of Skiff, who had learned his skills in the street. Alberich brought Scyre to the attention of the Queen, who installed him as her personal bodyguard. During the war with Hardorn, he was one of the chief saboteurs of Ancar's army, worked with Captain Kerowyn of the Skybolts on several occasions.
