Ako ste korisnik ICQa možete koristiti Chat, poslati mi poruku i/ili me dodati vašoj listi. Korisnici Netscape-a: Ako morate birati između Pick App ili Save File, izaberite Pick App i idite do lokacije ICQ.EXE fajla na vašem kompjuteru (obično je u C:\Program Files\ICQ\ICQ.EXE). Korisnici Internet Explorer-a: Ako morate birati između Open ili Save As odaberite Open. Ako niste korisnik ICQa preko Page Me mi možete poslati ICQ poruku , sa Zoom Me možete pogledati ICQ Whitepages details a sa EmailNotify Me mi možete poslati e-mail preko ICQa.
