
| A deposit will be required for reservation. Deposit amount might vary based on the number of booked days. | |
| A three weeks cancellation notice before arrival date is required in order to receive your deposit back. | |
| Rent should be paid in advance for the whole period of vacation before booking date unless otherwise arranged. Payment can be made to my account or by mailing me a check to the account number or address that will be provided at booking time. In the event that the reservation is not paid in full three weeks before booking date, the reservation will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be applied. | |
| You will not be responsible for the payment of utilities such as water, electricity or natural gas. | |
| The premises shall be occupied with no more than three adults unless otherwise arranged; in addition, the premises should be kept in a clean and sanitary manner including equipment, appliances, furniture and furnishings therein. | |
| Tenant shall be responsible for any damages caused by his/her negligence and that of his family, invitees or guests; furthermore, he/she will not alter the property in any manner such as painting, wall paper, etc. | |
| The owner or owner's agent will enter the premises at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice for the purpose of necessary or convenient repairs as well as to supervise that the premises are kept unaltered. | |
| Owner shall not be liable for any damage or injury to tenant, any other person, or to any property occurring on the premises, or any common areas unless such damage is the proximate result of the negligence or unlawful act of owner, or owner's agent. | |
| You will be responsible for the cleaning of the rental property if booked for more than 3 days. When booked for more than three days, arrangements can be made to have somebody clean up for you for an extra small fee. | |
| Bottled water will be provided at no extra cost (The Coca-Cola Company delivers) | |
| Mrs. Maciel (my manager) will take a visual inspection before you are to leave the property. |

| Currently, besides being my manager Mrs. Maciel does work independently for private clients as well as some hotels in Puerto Vallarta sewing and designing curtains and cushions by herself. |
Mrs. Teresa Maciel lives across the street from my rental property; her English skills are good enough to maintain a conversation in almost any given matter. Mrs. Maciel will be giving you the keys to the property and will collect them back when you get ready to leave. My manager is a very friendly person and can get alone with anybody; in other words, you will be in very good hands.
