Improving your TK

Some people give up TK because they seem to think that trying for a week is a "long time". Forget that. Telekinesis is worth the wait, but what a wait it is. The very skilled get it in 2 weeks. A greater faction of us doesn't get there for months, maybe years. KEEP TRYING!

  1. Meditate daily for half an hour, fifteen minutes if you're schedule is too busy.
  2. Attempt TK at least once a day, twice if possible. Give yourself a good 30-60 minutes to try it.
  3. Focus on one method for at least a week, if it shows no results, switch methods.
  4. Be at ease; instead of taking it too seriously think of it as an experiment, a game. If you try too hard you'll just end up frustrating yourself and you'll get nowhere.
  5. Don't give up.
  6. Don't tell yourself you can't do it, because you can.
  7. BELIEVE!!!!
