Duty Team

Each week, one of the Valley Vikings teams playing at home will be the duty team.

A duty roster is located on the Squash Notice Board.

Your duties are:

1. Put out the score sheets, pencils and boards to courts.

2. Collect the money from all the teams and pay to the counter staff.

Team Captains

If you are selected a your team’s captain your responsibilities are:

1. Check the draw each week - make sure everyone in your team knows where you are playing the next week.

2. Make sure you have a full team on the night (tell your team members to ring you or tell you if they cannot play or will be late, before Friday night)

3. Collect money from your team members as soon as they arrive, to pay the duty team.

4. The Team caption decides who pays first (the visiting team captain has the first pick)

5. When play is finished for the night, make sure your scorecard is filled out right, SIGNED, and hand it in with the scoreboard to the squash counter.
