It's time for a new internet project! This new project will revolve around the signs of spring.  Would you like to share your unique signs of spring with other classes throughout the country?  Is there a special bird you would like to share a picture of? Would you like to send pressed flowers? Can you think of another unique way to share the beginning of your spring season with others? If so I would love to have you join this project! After some discussion about this project with those who participated in the 2000 Fall Leaf Exchange I have decided to divide the participants into 2 mailing lists: those who want to send photos or other tokens and another for those who want to send dried, pressed flowers. Below you will find a graphic of a basket with flowers, please click on that for an e-mail form to join the project.  After you have signed up you will receive a confirmation e-mail from myself that will include a url to a password protected page where the mailing list will be posted along with a message board to discuss ideas and concerns. As a thank you for joining the project each participant will receive a small thank you packet from myself that will include a package of seeds, lesson plan, and a thank you card from my class.  This package will be sent out after I receive word that you carried out your obligation to this project.  I am hoping this will help to avoid people signing up for this project and then not following through. I am looking forward to this project!  I hope we can work together to make it a huge success!
