Are you afraid to stand up and speak in front of others? You're not alone. Conquer the fear, painlessly and enjoyably, by attending this program conducted by your local Valley-Shore Toastmasters Club. Communicate more effectively at work, at home, and in community activites. Gain confidence in all communications, including written and impromptu speeches, body language and listening.  You might not get rid of the butterflies in your stomach, but you'll have them flying in formation!
