About me!

I caught the acting bug after being given the role of the Pied Piper in a production at the YMCA Scarborough.
Sadly having to leave behind my blossoming singing career, I headed for the roar of the greasepaint
After boldly crashing a rehearsal at the art centre with the opening line, "I want to be one of you lot!", the Valley Theatre cast and crew took me to their collective bosoms.
Actors are all mad! They have to be to do what they do. What a buzz though! Working with this lot makes it worth coming out on a freezing Thursday night.

If Tony Berry is going to have Graham Rhodes’ children, I feel that my role as Director must be one of midwife carefully delivering his plays on to the stage. A great deal of trust has been placed, and of that I’m very proud and honoured
