Regretfully, Noa passed away on 19th December 2000 of respiratory complications arising from Spinal Muscular Atrophy, in Chico/California. A memorial service of thanksgiving for her life was held at the Princess Margaret Hospital/Perth for her friends on 28th December. Chaplain Jeni Goring who baptised Noa earlier in the year, led the service.
