about wicca

The first thing I would like to say is that Wicca or witchcraft is not associated with Satanism It is a balance of all things good and evil. Wiccans or Witches believe that to give evil a name is to give it power so there for we do NOT believe in the Devil. I have gotten a lot of discrimination
from people whom I believed would understand because of all the lies that people have been fed over the years from the media. Wicca is a legitimate Religion. It was in 1994 that witchcraft was pronounced a LEGITIMATE religion at the World Parliament of Religions Conference in Chicago.

Wicca is a earth based religion that believes in a god and a goddess, which form the Divine spirit. We believe that everything is a balance; good and evil male and female, black and white. It celebrates all of natures creatures, beauties and everything that lives and surrounds us. Because of this belief we try to make the earth a good place to live in by recycling planting trees etc..

We do not place blame upon others for our misfortunes. If some thing bad happens we have no one to blame but our selves. We do not place blame upon the divine Spirit or anyone else. There for if we screw up we will pay in this life or the next and we can not ask for forgiveness and everything will be okay.

We chose to follow a path unknown and wish to acquire knowledge while following this path. We strive to become better people. We use our energy in productive ways through chants, spells and meditation et cera. We believe in reincarnation. After this life we go to a place called summer lands (heaven) then we come back to earth in a new , regenerated body ready for our next life's lessons to eventually become perfect and to flow with the divine spirit.
