Visitor Rules For Vanir’s Fjord

1	Visitors……Jafo or Visitor or annonymous is someone that can not be bothered to get a name….and as such is beneath Our notice…..as long as they do not interfere in the room they are to be ignored, they are not served nor spoken to ….if they PM a girl she is to immediately repost the pm publicly and the Frees shall deal with the situation….

2	"O"s and"o"s…. These people are to be greeted and questions answered if asked….they are not to serve…be served, nor interact in the role play of the room….if they wish to become involved then the "o" needs to discarded…and they can take their chances like all the rest….

3	Visiting People from other realms…..These People are Usually here By invitation….please be polite and help them understand Gor…..if a problem arises then it shall be dealt with in accordance of Standard VF policy

4	Please politely and tactfully inform all Visitors and "o"s of Our Policy…..if they persist then deal with them as needed….(collar, kill, ignore, boot, etc.)

Slave Visiting Rules

1	Vanir's Fjord slaves will no longer travel unaccompanied…..A Free shall be with them if they are to go to another room….

2	This means that a slave shall ask a Free to take her to the room, which she wishes to visit and the Free as is their right shall decide if the trip is necessary….

3	A slave seeing a free from her home in another room May enter that room and if the Free allows she may stay…

4	There are exceptions to this rule of course…… 1) a mod in performance of her duties 2) A girl sent on an errand by her Master or a Free from Vanir's Fjord 3) A slave that is working as a roving reporter for the Herald (wear your title) 4) A girl sent as a healer to another room 5)rooms specified By the Jarl or a slave's Master or Mistress as safe

5	As it is not Gorean for slaves to visiting across the Gorean continent, the VF policy for slaves visiting Our room shall be to politely inform them that they are welcome if accompanied by a Free of their home….. If a slave persists in visiting unaccompanied then she is to caged and held till her Master or Free of her Home can come and get her….

6	Visiting kajira are welcome with the approval of their Master, and may ask to serve.(food, drink and conversation only) Visiting kajira must adhere to the Steading’s slave rules; familiarize yourself with them before making a mistake.

Hints for Freewomen

	1. Vanir's Fjord is a Gorean room run by the books. Remember your place when you visit. This is a kill/capture/forced collar/raid zone. If you are visiting without an escort, you take your chances. If you come in and claim you are "from Earth" we will immediately return you to your proper place, naked, collared and branded and kneeling a t the boots of a Gorean male. 2. Avatars. Avatars should fall within 250 - 300 pixels high. If taller, you will be asked to resize it or take it off. If your avatar shows anything other than what a FW of your culture should be wearing, you will be caged and your Ubar contacted. If you have no homestone, you will be collared. The sort of avatars that are unacceptable are as follows: wearing earrings or close necklaces that look like collars, wearing obvious Earth clothes such as little black sheath dresses showing lots of clevage, anything too form fitting, jeans, cuts offs, lots of leg, wearing men's clothes. You have been warned. 3. Your deportment will be in keeping with a Lady, a Free Woman of Gor. We are not so rigid as to collar someone for having a good time with mild teasing, slight innuendo and joining in the conversation. You go over the line when you abuse the priviledge and verbally or physically attack a Warrior or Free Man, get bitchy, argumentative and slutty. You will be caged for such actions and your Ubar contacted. If you have no homestone, you will be collared and/or killed. 4. During a raid on the Fjord, you are succeptable to capture just like any other female in the Fjord. If you do not wish to risk this, please hit the "leave" button. Do not X out, by Xing out, we cannot tell when you left. We need to see you left with the post that says...."leaves"...before the capture/collaring/kill took place in order to back you up. Yes, you can be killed here. 5. Free Women in the Fjord are not Warriors. Visiting FW are not acknowledged as Warriors in any way, shape or form. You do not enter the spar pit, you do not pull steel on a Man here, you do not even threaten. To do so, wins you a nice, new, iron collar. No exceptions! 6. Please note, the FW of Vanir's Fjord can and do collar others when warranted. We are not the perfumed, softer FW of the south. We have to work to survive the long winters and although we may not be of amazon stature, we are quite strong EG.
