You sigh, standing up and looking a bit annoyed at being wet. Terri, you find, is already long gone. Apparently at the sight of flying water, the large Allonian cat decided it was time to get out of the area to keep safe and dry. You wish you had had the sense to get up and follow her when she ran; you would not be so wet now, nor would you smell like wet ishna fur.

Vparrenon does not seem to notice your discomfort or your glare of death you are shooting in her direction. Instead, she smiles and puts her hands on her furry hips, as if waiting for you. "Come on, then! We have plenty more to see, lots of little critters everywhere in these parts!" She grins at you once more and turns around, taking a few steps before glancing back. "Hurry up, don't fall behind!" she calls. "We're not going all that far!"

You shrug to her and start off to follow beside her. You look around at the thin forest, wondering what might be next. You trail along with your guide Vaprrenon for a good while, soon losing track of time as you both travel through the young forest. How far is it until you reach the next Allonian cyberpet? You are already growing quite bored with nothing to do but stare at trees.

Your mind briefly wanders off as you think of other things, and you soon realize that you have lost sight of your guide. You spin around, looking for your guide amongst the trees and shrubs. Wonderful. You sigh, unsure when you might have lost sight of her or where she could be. You hear a snort not far away and turn back around to see where the sound might have come from.

You blink in surprise and offer a grand smile when you see Vaprrenon not far off and walking toward you. She is leading a large creature, something that looks like it might be a horse of some kind, over to meet you. You soon realize that the creature is no horse, but a unicorn! You blink, surprised. You are used to unicorns being pure white, like a pearl. This one, aside from the obvious horn atop its head, could easily be mistaken for an ordinary horse.

You begin to walk over to greet the two, catching sight of a brown and black bunny rabbit following along behind the unicorn and Vaprrenon. Seeing where you are looking, your guide glances down and merely smiles. "Meet Rimae and Walnut!" she calls to you, nodding to each of her cyber pets in turn to introduce them.

You walk up to the small group, petting the friendly unicorn first. Rimae, after all, instantly started nuzzling at you since you got close enough. The ishna standing nearby smiles as she watches. "Yeah, she's a lover, that's for sure." She glances down at the bunny. "And it seems a lot of my Allonian pets seem to have sidekicks, huh?" she asks no one in particular. "Too bad Walnut's the shy type," she says as the animal hides behind a nearby tree.

You hold on tightly when Vaprrenon suddenly urges the unicorn onward. You hope you do not slide off! Between the wind whipping by your face and Vaprrenon's tail bouncing against your leg, you feel a bit disoriented. You hold onto your guide's furry body desperately, not wanting this trip have an abrupt, painful ending.

After a little while you look up, feeling a bit nauseous from the quick trip. Looking at the scenery father way from you seems to help slightly, creating the illusion that you are moving more slowly than what is reality. You blink, catching sight of something moving through the trees. Whatever it is, the creature certainly seems to be keeping pace with Rimae.

You stare, amazed to see it is yet another antelope creature, this one an almost red-orange color. You squint, trying to get a better look at the running Allonian animal. After a while, Vaprrenon apparently realizes where you are looking, glancing back at your over her furry shoulder.

"That over there," she calls back to you over the wind whizzing by your head, impairing your hearing slightly, "Is my little Rus." She glances out at the cyberpet, watching him keeping pace with your mount, looking back at the group of you, watching. "He likes to keep his distance, but he's really sweet when you get to know him!" Vaprrenon continues to yell back at you.

You watch the Allonian antelope for a bit before Rus finally veers off, slowing down and heading back the way he had come. You watch him for a moment longer before you realize your head will not safely turn that far on your neck. You turn back around, once again looking at your environment. You are surprised to see that the trees are much closer here. Even the tree species are different now. You wonder when all this change happened. You cannot have been riding for that long!
