You sigh and sit up, trying to brush yourself off, and unable to shake the stiff feeling in your chest and back from the fall. You pause for a moment, though, hearing something moving about nearby. You turn around to see a reptilian creature watching you from nearby, sitting calmly.

He flares his nostrils momentarily, flutting what looks to be some sort of fairy wings behind him. You slowly stand, and are worried when the creature mimics the action. He walks over to you, sniffing at your pant leg.

"Don't mind Causus," you hear from off to your right. You look up to see Vaprrenon sitting in a nearby tree, furred legs swinging below her. "He's just curious. Sweet as can be, wouldn't even hurt a fly," she assured you, watching her pet.

You look down at the reptilian being as Vaprrenon continues to speak. "Causus is a dragonus, a creature that seems to be related to the farmiliar dragon. I believe they were originally created by Jewel of the Sanori Gardens, but crys of MacMagick Acres was allowed to adopt them out at The Crystal Palace for a short time a while back."
