You shake your head, thinking you must just be seeing things when you see a patch of the green scenery move toward you, departing from the rest of the plantlife. You squint, still approaching, and smile when you see it is no plant, but a furry creature. Whatever it is, you see it has wings, purple wings. You walk a bit slower as the EverRealm being closes in and then stands there, waiting for you to appraoch. It looks like some sort of winged dog...or a wolf, perhaps.

A shadow falls over you and you stop, glancing up at the sky as you see a form soar overhead and land next to the canine creature. You see it is only Vaprrenon and you pick up your pace as she greets her pet, sractching its chin. She looks up at you once you are close enough and calls a greeting. "You're lucky, you know." She gestures toward the setting sun. "It can get mighty hot around here midday. Looks like the Fates are on our side, eh?" She smiles happily and puts a hand on the creature's head.

"Meet Oasis. She's a stormbringer wolf, kind of a combonation between a wolf, a unicorn, and a dragon, depending upon the individual of course. She came to me through a Livejournal Give-away by Myrror. She came with a second stormbringer wolf and an Okea'Tygre, ironically enough!" She laughs a bit, glancing down at the wolf.

"Funny, huh? Two desert-dwellers and an aquatic pet all coming together!" The wolf wags her tail a bit, sending a bit of sand into the air for a moment. "Well," Vaprrenon continues as the wolf stands, sniffs at you, and turns around to trot back off to the oasis from whence she came, "Come on over and meet our second wolf, I'm sure he'll like you."

You follow the two and watch as Oasis sniffs around the small watering hole, romping off and disappearing for a few minutes while you and Vaprrenon take some of the water and sit back to await the wolf's return. You glance up at the sound of a bark, and see Oasis running over to the two of you, another wolf behind her, this one pale yellow-orange in color.

"Here he is!" Vaprrenon says happily. "This is DeDune, my little boy. "You can tell a male stormbringer wolf by the little beards." She fluffs his a bit once he sits down beside her. He puts his head back, tail thumping. Apparently, he quite liked his beard petted like that. You sit back, smiling as you pet Oasis. You liked these wolves, very friendly, you decide. DeDune wanders over to you, giving you a sniff before wagging his tuffed tail in approval, refolding his baby blue wings and laying down beside you with a doggish sigh, Oasis wandering down to the small pond of water to get a drink.

You pet each wolf happily when Oasis returns from her little sojourn and you glance over to Vaprrenon, who s smiling happily, wiggling her toes blissfully. "Would you like to soon move on?" she asks you happily. "There's a lot more to see, after all!" You smile and pet the two canines once more before agreeing to move on. She was right, after all. There was a lot to see around this place, and that ment that the two of you had a lot of ground to cover. You stand, now ready to move on. DeDune looks sadly up at you, and sighs, but sits down with Oasis, both nodding their heads a bit in a fond farewell.

The two of you walk for a little while together, nothing much changing about the sandy scenery aside from the varying dune sizes and a few twirling bits of sand sent up by the occasional breeze. So, of course, you stop dead in your tracks when noticing a small blue shape off in the distance, especially with it floating toward the two of you oddly quickly.

Vaprrenon stops with you and glances back over at you as you watch the little blue figure grow larger, soon forming into what you are happy to find is yet another Stormbringer Wolf. Your guide walks over to you, hands on her hips comfortably as she watches the clearly female Stormbringer Wolf land not far off and then trot the rest of the way over to you.

"This here is Sand Twister," Vaprrenon introduces, smiling when you kneel and reach out to pet the friendly little thing. "Good thing you came along today; she loves company...she probably came out after you when she heard that she missed meeting the new visitor back there," your guide says with a warm smile. She stands back a bit to watch the two of you.

Sand Twister barks happily, tail beating up a 'sand twister' of its own as she happily wags it over the ground. You laugh, but end up just standing and shaking your head, not quite liking the sensation of sand blowing right into your face. The EverRealm creature stops her tail-wagging, looking apologetic toward you before trying to jump up on her hind legs so you can pet her head that way instead.

Vaprrenon laughs as she watches the two of you, Sand Twister licking your face. You smile, petting the canine EverRealm creature's head before forcing the young girl back to all hour of her paws on the sand. You dust yourself off a bit as the stormbringer wolf wags her tail and stares up at you, waiting for more attention.

You look down at young Sand Twister when you hear another wolfish woof, but frown with confusion when you realize she never opened her muzzle to make the sound. You hear another bark, and glance behind you to see a new purple stormbringer wolf romping over the sand to catch up with you and your group. You watch the creature, noting that it does not have wings like the other wolves you have met thus far. How long has she had to follow you on foot to catch up?

"Oh, the poor girl!" Vaprrenon laughs when she spots her pet. "I'll be right back, don't move a muscle!" she says with a smile before unfolding her large wings and taking to the air. Sand Twister tilts her head, sitting beside you as you both watch the ishna retrieve her cyberpet in her arms before flying back to the two of you, dropping the unihorned canine near to you.

She barks once more, tail high and wagging. The new stormbringer wolf bounds over to you as Vaprrenon finally lands and shakes out her fur to be rid of any hiding sand. "Sorry about that, Desert Torrent has to run everywhere so I thought I would go help her out a bit." She looks over to the purple animal lovingly, giving a smile.
