You start to head down the mountain, figuring that you shouldn't just stand ther ein the snow with the wind blowing like that. You keep your head down on your journey, partly to see where to place your feet, partly because of the wind. Either way, you don't very well see where you are going as you knock your forehead on a rock sticking from the mountain side. You fall back with a moan, looking up.

You blink, seeing a blue creature sitting atop the ledge, staring down at you. The lion-sized creature jumps down and sniffs at you. It turns around and spreads its silvery wings, clearly asking you to get on. You stand, brushing off the snow, and do as the thing wishes. you're in no mind to reject a ride away from this freezing place.

You hold onto the feline's neck tightly as it flaps its wings, leaping from the mountain and soaring off. You let out a yell at the suddenness of it all, but soon find yourself quite enjoying the ride down to a small valley hidden between a few of the shorter mountains. The creature lands, letting you off, and turns to smile at you. You reach out and pet your savior, scratching him behind the ears. He seems to quite like that, so you figure it's a good reward for saving you like that.

Finally, you stand up straight, stretching your frozen limbs, and take your time looking about the valley where you and this winged feline had landed. It was very pretty, you decide. Green grass, a tiny stream near the other end of the area, and lots of paths up the surrounding mountain sides. You note that there are quite a few ledges up there, seeming to be carved out by hand...or paw. You watch, though, as two small red shapes drifts down from the sky, landing on a ledge before romping down the side of the mountain to greet you and your companion. So, the runways arelike runways, you figure to yourself.

The ishna smiles happily at you, rubbing the top of the red cat creature's head lovingly, the thing seeming to purr in response. "Oh good," she starts with a glance to the blue EverRealm being. "I see Blue Skies waited for you. Sometimes he likes to goof off and no do what he's told, so I came by with Rusty Sunrise just to be sure he did his job."

You glance to the one called Blue Skies, wondering what might have happened to you if he hadn't done his job in waiting for you. You decide that it's not the best topic to dwell on, and look over to Vaprrenon again to forget it. You ask what these two feline creatures might be, and she responds quite happily with a grin.

"These two fellows are Skydance Tigons; they are feline creatures who are a mix of, oh, let's call them winged lions and dragon tigers." She smiles. "You can tell the difference between skydance and earthsong tigons by these!" She holds up one of Sunrise's wings, the tigon looking at her in surprise, then amusement. "Earthsong tigons don't ahve wings, only these babies do." She smiles and pats the creature's head.

"Well, seeing you have already met Blue Skies, I might as well introduce this little boy. His name is Rusty Sunrise. He's a Dawn tigon, Blue Skies is a Midnight tigon. You can tell by their colorations." She smiles, playing with the dawn tigon's poofy hair. "He's a sweetheart, though bit of a drama queen sometimes," she says with a teasing smile to the creature. He's alright, though."

She glances off behind you and smiles. "Here comes baby number three!" she announces with a giggle. "Turn on around, why don't you? You're here to meet them, after all!" You blink and turn about, catching sight of a pink and red creature bounding toward the four of you. You smile, seeing the bouncing wings of another skydance tigon.

The striped feline slows, sniffing the air and then you as she nears. She swishes her lionlike tail happily, making a few strange noises a she decides that she likes you. You pet the large creature, feeling surprisingly safe around such huge beasts now. Misty Morning licks your hand...and then your entire arm as well, leaving Vaprrenon laughing as your disgusted face.

As you start to wipe the tigon spit off your arm, you watch as Misty Morning wandered past you, laying down on her side with a sigh at the paws of Rusty Sunrise, who stares down at her in confusion, as if to ask the female what was wrong to make her sigh like that. You turn to Vaprrenon and ask if they are mates.

Your guide turns to you with a shake of her head. "No," she answers, "They're just very good friends is all. It's kind of cute, actually. Rusty Sunrise acts like her big brother some of the time, protecting her and all. It's quite adorable to be watching." She looks over to them as Misty Morning tries to paw at the other tigon's tail to make him play with her. "See what I mean? They're just like kitten! ...Kittens as big as Africa's lions!" She laughs.

Vaprrenon sighs after a time as you look over to her, wondering why she had jsut done so. "Well then," she starts, swaying a bit, rocking back and forth on the heels of her feet, hands clasped behind her back. "I guess we should both be going then, shall we? Head off and see some more little pets, eh?" She smiles cheerfully. You rub Misty Morning behind the ears and nodd, agreeing and getting ready to head off.
