Hello Everyone,

It's time again for our annual High School Clinic. For those that don't know, this is when we host a rugby skills clinic for girl's high school rugby teams in the area. It is a fundraiser for us, as we charge a registration fee, but the primary objective of the clinic is to promote women's rugby. We are expecting a large turnout and will need all of your help.

The clinic is on SUNDAY MARCH 29th, so please set aside that day. We will need your help from 11 am to 4 pm on that day.

Some of the tasks include: helping with registration, showing the girls to the changerooms and to the Sports Gym, helping with rugby skills etc.

Please let me or Stacie know sometime this week if you are available to help.

Thanks,

Jing.

Both the men and women will train here by the Club coaches. We will be doing basic rugby skills and fitness training. These sessions are for anyone looking for an introduction to the sport as well as advanced players looking to improve their current skill level. All are welcome to attend these pre-season sessions and change rooms are provided. So come out and check out the club and training. If you need more information feel free to contact me.

Hi everybody, Just a note to keep you all updated on what's going on.

1) Training is 9 am sharp at Hart House

2) As per Maureen's email, Bake sale is next tuesday

3) Tour Meeting is next Thursday, Feb 12 at 5pm. Meet in the AC Lobby

4) We will be getting pins to give our opposite numbers for free from the deparment-formerly-known-as-DAR. They're cute... It's the beaver mascot with the BLUES symbol on his shirt.

5) So, since we don't have to pay for those, do you guy's want to get t-shirts? White t-shirts with one color print will run us maybe $200 or so. Depends where we go, actually we should be able to get it for less. NOTE: we will be getting navy blue golf shirts

6) I talked to Stacie and we now have the money from the first two bake sales as well. So far we have enough money to pay for our hotel stay on the first night. And shirts and ferry and probably some food. We still need money to pay for the VANS! Let's keep postering and baking, we're doing well!

See you Saturday at the Bohemian,

Jing.

Hey you innertubers,

here's something that may be of interest. Since you guys are playing intramurals, you can get a FREE ticket for the guys and girls varsity basketball game on Friday. Just go to the intramural office and say you play ITWP for 'Rugby'. The Kokanee reps are supposed to make an appearance too. It sounds fun, I'm almost tempted to skip my formal for it!
