THE DUEL:
Here is a duel that would be equal to world championship in the freaky, blood thirsty assasins fighting. These 2 psychos are virtualy untouchable for anyone else except for those in same category. Their abilities excell standard fighting as they do not use arsenals that you can call convetional really. Legato Bluesummers primarely uses telepathy and PSYCHOKINESIS while Mantis has telepathy but his weapon in TELEKINESIS. Occasionaly, or should i say as a special attack Mantis uses psychokinesis but it takes a lot more out of him than Legato.
in this matchup just like in the previous one the location would have a lot to do with the outcome as Mantis needs much more of a closed space with a lot of movable object as his telekinesis doesn't work with "premanents". as it is visible from the stats both of these gunfighters (if you can call the this way) excell only in mental or non-physical abilities. Both their strenght and defense are lower than an average person. Speed in both of these guys is on some average scale but is another almost irrelevant in the duel. Mantis has a bit mre of speed but unfortuanately there is no running escape from Legato's torture so you can count that one out.
As earlier mentioned they both excell at mental abilities but as shown they are very, very close in those. Legato has a slightly a standup in firepower due to his straight forward attack on his enemies mind in which he can achieve a total body and partialy mind control of the victim, while Mantis has to do it physicaly by mind-hurling of the items found around. But Mantis has some kind of advanced kinesis as he can control separately way more than one item, with deadly accuracy and punch, while in regular telekinesis it is one item with almost no velocity and not on great distance. But again depending on the location that could equal in no time, as well as their awareness in combat is at the peak of peak due to guess what? their mentals!!! Now i shouldnt forget the special attack on both of them but Mantis as well as Legato couldnt do much to each other by shaking the control pad or making his opponent kill him respectively. (hehe just a bit of comic relief) So far this is a draw but (ther is always that them but huh?) when it comes to a clutch time Legato has a sick advantage. This guy can give a less rats ass about dying or other guy being in advantage as he proved against Vash, while our favorite MGS psychopath cracks like a cheap porcelain vase under the pressure. Mantis has  some serious personal and mental problems and instabilities that in a given do or die situation would mean his doom very slowly and very painfully in hands of legato bluesummers. Think of it this way....uhh no this would be a spoiler for my
NOVEL SHORT STORY about a real DUEL OF THESE TWO FACTIONS (comming soon to a website near you).
WINNER: by a hair much more mentaly stable and cool lookin and far less scary it is our new psychopath champion Legato Bluesummers

NOTE:
* - when i have set a 10 grade for the fire power for both of these guys it relates to their weapons respectively as they do not use any guns, blades, cannons or anything conventional.
** - close combat and ranged attack difference here is solely in the range. both of them need to be in some kind of imediate vicinity of their enemies ot inflict damage, while being on a long range they cannot inflict same amount of damage!
*** - specials at both of them are more of a spook than real as mantis can use some psychokinesis but with no big deal to it, against each other, while they are massive against normal opponents!
