Eva Model: Unit 01 Pilot: Shinji Ikari This is Shinji's Eva. It is by far the most powerful one.  It is believed that it contains the soul of Shinji's mother, Yui.  What makes this such a magnificent weapon is that if Shinji is in trouble, the suit goes into a savage rage and destroys all in it's path. This is truly a force to be reckoned with.
