Biography:
Chaotzu's also another fighter from the original series that didn't go under the training of Master Roshi. However, don't let his childish look fool you, for he still contains a massive array of strength and energy. Although he's an important character for the first part, he's rarely seen in the series, leaving no character developement or anything. However, he's usually seen hanging out with Tien and is usually happy all the time. But he's more than willing to give up his life for the sake of others any time without a second thought.
