About these pages
The philosophy collection began its existence in the web page collection on November 7, 1999 (Dheepaavali day - festival of lights). Intend the inclusion of a "thought for the day" type service and also including the back-dated thoughts in separate pages. On 31st December, 2001, modified this into "Thought for the week"! We did not (and could not) spend time to update daily!
Philosophy
We feel all ideas, creations & discoveries belong to God. We do not expect anyone to accept this & we respect individual viewpoints. Any / all information in this collection of Web pages have been placed here for free access to all, with no intention of copyright violations. If anyone feels we should not be using some material / photo / image / animation, in these pages, because it violates any rule / law in any country in the world, then please email us immediately. We will rectify the page(s) in order to stop such violations, as soon as possible.
We would like to support the free software foundation and personally feel that we should move towards their products, since they seem to be aligned to the same philosophy.

Read "Thought for the week". We try to give one for each week. We hope the words of the wise and famous help us to fine tune our lives towards a successful and happy living.

We changed this area into Thoughts for the week from earlier attempt at "Thoughts for the day". This is because of our past experience in frequency of our updates.
