Upon my return from my visit with Yana in Istanbul Turkey I stopped off for a quick visit with my good friend Wayne in Sacramento California!  He took me to his gym and we worked out together.  Wayne's passion surrounds being physicaly fit and helping others to achieve thier fitness goals.  Wayne has been working out seriously for the last couple of years and it was a lot of fun learning from him during our workout together.
