Janet L. Jordan, MVA,President of VAU
Janet Langford Jordan has a background that includes over 33 years of consulting, coaching, human resources, marketing, training and executive/administrative support experience.  She is the president and CEO of Janet L. Jordan & Associates Your Virtual Assistant, a Dallas, Texas based virtual assistance practice.  Janet currently teaches a virtual assisting introductory course for FunEd in Dallas.  Virtual Assistant mini courses are taught by Jordan at WebTrain.com and  U4all.com. Her training experience includes five years with Jostens Learning Corp., a global leader in educational software.  As a small business owner for over two decades, Jordan brings a fresh, insightful viewpoint to the coaching and consulting arena.  She serves as an advisor, mentor at smallbusiness.com as well as SOHOJobs.org and understands the dynamics of running a small home based business, or a major corporation.  She serves on the board of directors for VACerftification.com, an independent  certifying body for the virtual assistance industry.  As a motivational speaker, Jordan has made a positive difference in the lives of thousands. Lydia Cocergine has served on the national marketing teams for some of America's most well known products.  Her ability to translate strategic marketing ideas, negotiation skills and practices into the virtual assistance industry are invaluable to VAU.  She brings a well-rounded background in media buying, account supervision and name branding and recognition.

Jenny Barnard, Customer Service Learning Leader
Jenny Barnard has more than ten years in all facets of the training and development field.  She has designed and developed training materials, documentation,  delivered training classes and Train-the-Trainer workshops.  Currently, she is a Training and Development Officer for a Community Credit Union in Dallas, Texas.  Barnard specializes in developing and delivering customer service training; compliance training; as well as operations, teller and platform systems training.
