If the land does not meet all the following criteria this land will not support maximum support from Nature.
The main entrance to the building that we will build on the land will be from the east or north.
There is no prominent body of water (river, lake, ocean, etc.) near the land to its South or West (if there is a prominent body of water it is to the North or East).
The land is flat—or slopes east or north—or can be made flat.
There is no sunrise delay of more than 12 minutes caused by mountains.
There are no high-tension power lines on the land or near the land.
There are no graveyards visible from the land or prominently visible when approaching the land.
There is no body of water on either the west or south , except at a distance of 300 meters ... water on east or northeast is ok ..
