Shard of the Bloodwhite Stone (Arcane Fire)
This piece of white stone laced with veins of red appears to be ~ 1/8th of a perfect sphere. It weighs about 5 lbs. All powers of the stone apply ONLY when the bearer is supported by earth or stone.
In the hands of any character, it acts as a double-strength Stone of Good Luck (i.e. +2 luck bonus to saves, ability checks, and skill checks.)
In the hands of any character with Darkvision, it doubles the range of that sense.
In the hands of any character with Tremorsense, it doubles the range of that sense.
The bearer gains Stonecunning (as per the PHB dwarf racial trait of that name.)
If an arcane spellcaster, the bearer casts arcane spells at +1 caster level.
If an arcane spellcaster, the bearer gains the following spell-like abilities, each usable once per day, using INT to determine the DC, provided the bearer has sufficient INT and caster level (as though a druid) to be able to cast spells of that level:
1) Endure Elements
2) Flaming Sphere
3) Flame Arrow
4) Fire Shield
5) Summon Monster V (Medium-size Salamander)^
6) Maximized Fireball
7) Summon Monster VII (Huge Fire Elemental)*
8) Sunburst
9) Meteor Swarm
^: “Shazmari”, an elite Salamander, as per the Monster Manual but with the following elite adjustments: +4 STR, +2 CON, +4 DEX, +2 WIS, +0 INT, -2 CHA. Shazmari has 49 hp.

This shard is one of 8 which originally comprised the intact Bloodwhite Stone, which was worshipped as a deity by the race known as the Zokujin, also referred to as “copper goblins”. The Stone was lost in a great conflict ages ago, according to their legends, and the Zokujin are thought to search for the Stone still...
According to recent research, the Stone was taken by a cabal of great Oni and other powerful beings from the Spirit World, broken into 8 shards and divided among them. There are apparently two shards associated with each of the four elements of Air, Earth, Fire and Water – one attuned to divine magic and the other attuned to arcane magic.
It may be possible to reunite the Shards. Their arrangement appears to consist of two hemispheres, one of divine shards and one of arcane shards, and it is thought that if all four shards of one type are assembled in the hands of a Zokujin master, that they can be fused together to form a more powerful artifact, and if both hemispheres are fused, perhaps the original deity of the Zokujin will be reborn...
