After some thoughts on the matter and reflecting on recent divisions from the other outpost towers of the Mithril Mines of the Ruby Sorceror, here is the division of booty that balances things out some.
First to our Nezumi scout and Champion T'ilk, the awesome Dagger +3 with Ghost touch. He is the most likely to use such a weapon to great effect. We also include in his share the 2 potions of vision (+10 to search for 1 hour)
Next, our newest companion, the Barbarian Warrior Birkat the Obi of Strength +4 and two Potions of Jump. (this should have the side benefit of letting one set his combat stats on offense ahead of time since no Bull's Str with variable results need to be factored in.)
To the Arcane Doji Arianoku, we set on his plate the Amulet of Shielding (48 pts left) and 1000 pieces of gold.
To our Ranger Archer Scout Hiruma Mulan, we allocate the Ring of Prot +2 AC (deflection bonus) to cover her exposed finger.
To Miya Hatori, who bravely faced one of the fiercest foes we have yet vanqiushed, his enchanted weapon; Huge Lajatang +1, +1, Agility +2 (+1 = 2000, +1 other end = 2000, Agil+2 = 2000, 2x cost of double masterwork weapon 1218) worth a total of 7218 by my calcs at retail. (Huge doubles base costs, not enchantment costs)
To the ever clever Shugenja Soshi Ashiko, who has new ways to expend her bottomless pool of magics, the Potion of Love and 470 gold.
To our Divine Shaman Isaku, who while not with us on this day, we would not be where we are without, the Bracers of Armor +2 (I don't believe Isaku has bracers that I know of) and two potions of Kiss of the Toad (per the OA book spell).
To the indafatigble korobokuru Gorvak, and his deadly axe, we allocate the Mithril nuggets (52 of them worth a total of 3610) and two Potions of Jump.
And lastly your battle leader Tsuruchi Zeanko takes as her share, the Masterwork Nodachis that many of the warrior ogres were wielding, which will either be sold of offered to her ancestors in the upcoming weeks.
The divisions as proposed above serve to help improve our combined ability to defeat all foes and to further any honors we gain on our ancestors and clan.
Ok now, which new direction to push the boundaries of the empire back outwards....
