After a bit of consultation and mediation, Tsuruchi Zenako apportions the gifts of the Lord of Hodate, Mirumoto Sanjen, High Lord of the Dragon Clan in the following manner...
First to our newest companion the fierce warrior Birkat, the Gloves of Dexterity +2 so that he may always be benefited from swifter reactions and 300 gold pieces from treasure gathered along the way.
To Til'k'chek we direct the Jingasa (Helm) of Comprehending Languages and Reading Magic so that he may always know what is being said, no matter whom he listens upon and 400 gold pieces.
To our most honroable Shugenja, and accomplished musician of the high arts we apportion the Kaen (Pipes) of Haunting and 300 gold pieces. (Ernie has some bonus rulings on how this works since the DMG is a bit vague.)
To our newly revealed noble Doji Arianoku of the Crane Clan there can be no other choice but to direct the Origami Crane (Stone) of Good Luck (+1 LUCK bonus to saves, ability checks and skill checks.) and 300 Gold pieces his way.
To our occasional Scout and Archer Mulan we upgrade her sack to Furoshiki Sack (Bag) of Holding (Bag 2) and she turns in her Lesser sack (Bag 1) for another, and she also recieves 400 pieces of gold
To our indefatigible koroburu dervish we gift his firey demeanor with the Necklace of Fireballs (Type V: 9d6, 2x7d6, 2x5d6, 2x3d6) and 300 gold. May they all not blow up at once...
To our shaman whose vision can see into the other realms, we direct the Rope of Climbing and 300 gold so that he may also climb into other realms if needed.
To the more than noble Miya Hatori we gift the Wand of Summon Monster II (fully charged) (50 charges) and the Candle of Truth and 300 gold, may he use them wisely and in the best manner possible.
and lastly, the Ring of Jumping and the lesser Furoshiki Sack (Bag) of Holding (Bag 1) and 300 gold are the portions awarded to Tsuruchi Zenako.
As always, the divisions of treasures and gifts was done with an eye to equity and balance and adherance to an orderly plan..
