(March 20, 2005) Chronicler: Isaku
Isaku, Noku and Abu stood guard above while the rest of the party fought and defeated the kraken in the water around the beholder stronghold.
The foreign barbarians (who were causing trouble between the desmodu and the salamanders) showed up with some desmodu mercenaries, but all were defeated by our party.
Sadly, Birkat was killed in battle. Since we found a Raise Dead scroll among the treasure, we should be able to bring him back if his spirit wishes to return.
