Pete has a long list of magical goodies, most of which are essential +1 and +2 level "trade goods" at this point.
I haven't done experience officially, but those who were there will be getting at least 3300+ (thats what the monster xp alone works out to), so I can confirm some stuff:
Zenako will definitely be hitting 15th (and wants to spend the entire Winter meditating at a shrine to her ancestors).
Isaku will definitely be hitting 14th level, needed less <1k so half xp will easily do the job.
Hatori will squeak by to 15th level, 3300 does the job, so rp and story awards are gravy.
Abu will just squeak by to 11th level, half xp just enough to put him over.
Noku, Ashi, Gorvak, Mulan and Til'k will not be going up.
