There are two other items on the list that are not being divided per se:
The library found in the Iron Fortress (which may become our tactical Spirit Realm base) which grants +2 Circumstance bonus to various knowledge checks (Arcana, Spirits and Planes). This is too bulky to move about and it will best serve the efforts of all as a communal asset.
The second item is the CUBIC GATE. This is a very powerful programmed item which can open passages to distant locations. Somewhere on the Prime Material Plane, the Iron Fortress and 4 other locations on the Spirit Realm is what we know about this. I suggest that this too be kept in common for the benefit of all. (We are likely to need to use this to get to our next session or two I suspect...) Its book value is enormous (156,000 gold!!) and assigning it to any one person would skew the distribution almost forever. I would propose that if any of us earn the right to ascend to the title of Lord of the Iron Fortress that the Cubic Gate and the responsibilities there of fall to that person.
Ernie? How long might we be having between sessions. We executed the raid on 5/29/1563 and then spent a few days learning about the items that were recovered. If enough time is available some of us would petition the ancestors about various things, or commission enhancements to current items.

There are no urgent activities awaiting the characters' responses at the current time, so time may be spent on enchantments, petitioning ancestors, visiting friends and family, whatever.
The Cubic Gate: Research so far indicates that the cube opens gates to (or transports the bearer and nearby creatures to) the following places:
1: Iron Fortress (Spirit World, LE aligned region)
2: Obsidian Caverns (Spirit World, CE aligned region)
3: Stone Throne (Material World)
4: Coral City (Material World)
5: Jade Pavilion (Spirit World, LG aligned region)
6: Crystal Palace (Spirit World, CG aligned region)

Stone Throne -- barren location, a place of powerful undead...
Coral City -- an undersea realm, a place of yu lung...
Jade Pavilion -- a gateway to the Celestial Court...

Additionally, divinations indicate that there may be a Shard at one or more of those locations, or at least clues to finding them. The spirits seem to think that investigating the Stone Throne would be worthwhile...that a Shard related to Water might be found there.
