Month 7, Day 2, Year 1563 -
We returned to the Dragon capital city and learned that a typhoon dragon has been wreaking havoc along the coast of the Dragon lands, interfering with trade routes, etc. The Dragon Clan shugenjas have determined that the typhoon dragon is not under the control of the Celestial Court, and therefore feel that they have the right to remove this rogue by any means necessary. They pinpointed the source of the disturbance to beneath an uninhabited island off the coast. They offered us a ring of three wishes if we can remove the typhoon dragon. They stopped short of asking us to bring back its head, but we either need to kill the beast, or send it away for at least 100 years.
We took a day to cast various prep spells, Water Breathing, Fly, Freedom of Movement, Greater Magic Weapon, Endurance, Bull's Strength, Cat's Grace, etc. A Dragon Clan sorcerer used Enchanted Circle to get us to the island. Abu attempted to Scry the typhoon dragon, and found a large and small dragon.
When we arrived at the island, Abu used Augury spells to start us off in the right direction. Mulan found water troll tracks under water, so we followed them in the hopes of finding the dragons.
We soon spotted the water trolls. Noku quickly shot a couple of Fireballs at them, Ashiko followed with a Holy Smite, and Zenako soon charged in. They killed two of the trolls. The two survivors surrendered and gave us information about the dragons, and offered to take us to them. They said the dragons were working with some kind of fish people (Hai Nu). The trolls had seen one big dragon and at least two little dragons.
We set off in search of the dragons, and soon found an octopus and a school of sharks. Mulan killed the octopus, and Noku, Zenako and Gorvak made short work of the sharks. Soon after that, a large, invisible dragon came out of the darkness. Some fish people came from the opposite direction.
Noku cast Greater Dispelling on the dark areas around the dragon allowed the Hatori and T'ilk to kill the dragon. We eventually defeated the fish folk, and found four smaller dragons in the remaining dark area. We killed three of the small dragons, and T'ilk knocked out the last one and took it prisoner. We decided to return the surviving dragon back to the Celestial Court. Mulan went back to guard the gate and keep and eye on the water trolls, while the rest of us explored the area and collected treasure.

We used the Cubic Gate to get to the Jade Pavilion, which is a gateway to the Celestial Court. Miya Hatori explained how we defeated the adult rogue dragon, and rescued one of his offspring. The Celestial Court agrees to take the young dragon and find a place for him in the Celestial Order. They offered each of us a new tattoo from a Celestial Lord tattoo master, as a reward for our efforts.
We discussed how to determine who gets one of the three wishes from the ring. Hatori suggested that each person describe what they would wish for, and the best three proposals (as judged by Hatori, Zenako, and Ashiko) get the wishes.
