After a few discussions here is the submitted division of treasure from the latest adventure. Keep in mind that past inequities are also being considered and that "stuff like Oni Armor" while it has a high value is probably only useful as trade goods, unless you want to own a pointy Jade Yari.....

Til'k recieves: Cloak of Resistence +5 (minus +4 cloak), Adamantine Chains & Locked Manacles x4, Dagger of Venom +1, with optional free action Poison Spell when hit at DC14 1/day
Zenako recieves: Cloak of Resistence +4, Katana of Life Stealing Black Iron Blade, +2, on crit deals 1 neg level to target and gives d6 temp hit points to wielder for 24 hours
Birkat receives 5000 cash
Abu recieves: Wand of Steam Breath (20 ch) (6th caster level), Scroll: Divine: Blashphemy (7th Shaman), Scroll: Divine: Advice (5th level Shaman), Ring of Wizardry I

Dm-san, Zenako does intend to keep the Black Iron Katana, but only expects to wield it if her Katana is somehow sundered and she needs to exact vengence or something to that effect. Not that it matters but the spells to make the Katana are just Necromancy, not evil...
Hatori and Abu may be considering a swap of Shards, not sure, but it was discussed briefly.
