Title: The Day Tide Family/Revisiting Tide Jumper and White Cap Characters: Mummy Day Tide, Daddy Day Tide, and Baby Day Tide, based off of My Little Pony Medium: Adobe Photoshop 5.0 Extra: Mum sketches, Dad sketches Comments: Originally the father was named Tide Jumper and the mother White Cap. After discovering the name White Cap was used by Hasbro, I changed mom's name to Tide Jumper, and dad's name to Day Break. To fit with the MLP Family Theme ponies, I gave them a family name. However I didn't mix Baby's symbols with her parents. When I did them, I knew I wanted to have a gradient affect with the ponies, like as if I was creating a set of their own. I loved how they turned out. And I really love the background. It's nice and happy, with pretty colors and that nice water-ish effect. I had experimented using the paintbrush on 70% pressure with wet-edges clicked for it. It's got a really pretty look. I'll have to try more backgrounds that way. Also, I'm still trying to get all that manga affect...*shrugs* not sure if it's working.
