Title: Lost Sight Characters: Sailor Poseidon/Sutashi, from Sailor Triton series, based off of Sailor Moon Medium: Adobe Photoshop 5.0 Extra: with other eye, character sketch Comments: *screams in delight* YEAHHH!!!! I've waited the whole week to work on it (ok, since Thursday, 4 days) and it's done!!!!! *twirls in joy* This is Sutashi, or Sailor Poseidon. In my Sailor Moon based series, she is the daughter of Calista (Sailor Triton) and Xander (Sailor Chibi Pluto/Pluto Knight [again, why Alicia! Why'd you make him a 'sailor'! Knight, he should be a knight!] ). Alas, she hasn't made a full appearance in the series yet. She will be in the 8th book (? I think it's 8) in spirit, at least. If she'll play any more roles in the rest of the stories is yet to be decided. However, once the stories of Calista and her peers are over, there will be one story featuring Sutashi here as the protagonist, alongside with her own peers. Until the time I can write that story comes (>_< who knows when) you and I will just have to settle for art. All right, enough of rambling character introductions. The image depicts in my mind what will happen in Poseidon's first battle scene. That's right, her left eye is gonna be clearly slashed out. If you look at the character sketch you'll see her bangs are covering that eye, and you can see why here. Her hair isn't normally this poofy as in the pic, just to show the eye off, to let you know. In response to the other eye image, yes, her left eye is purple. I did this purposely because of her father, there's a reason for this, but I'm not gonna tell you ^_~. Other things I wanna point out is the awesome blood, the nifty sand dollar earrings, and the cool looking choker! I also drew the nose and eye differently than I normally do, I might just change my eye style to that. Also, that gem in the tiara was a bitch, and you can't even see the detail I put into all those tiny beads. Anyway, awesome, awesome, awesome! I'm so happy I finally got to work on this image!
