Medium: Adobe Photoshop 5.0 Comments: I would like to dedicate this image to Judy's husband, who recently passed away. Judy is my mom's boss, and a friend of the family, and I'd only met her husband once, but he recently died from just a mess of sudden stuff. I'd been inking this image when we discovered the bad news, so I felt it was right to dedicate the image like you would a song. Since I actually did dedicate this, I was really harsh on how I wanted it to look. I honestly redid the hair I'm not sure how many times, one of which was a 71 layer set up, which I had decided to do over from scratch. I also tried a few different techniques with this image. I used the highlight color as the base color then added on the normal colors, than the shading, kind of what you would do with markers. I'm really satisfied with the time I put into this piece and the outcome of it. And I hope Judy's husband likes it too :). Thanks for sending us the nifty coats, pants, and tuxes, Judy's husband!
