We've known each other through online conversations for about 3 years. And we both like sending the other hugs ^_^. So every so often he asks to me to make a hug image. It'd been a while, so we were due for a replacement. Again I tried the chibis, and I placed myself in a school uniform because he said he wanted a Japanese school girl for Christmas. Well, I'm not Japanese, and I personally hate the concept of school uniforms (no individuality!), but I figured it would be a nice extra thing to add in. <_< I'm still very unsure of the background though.
