Title: Isolated Warrior Characters: Reah, from Lost Paradise Medium: .5 MM Mechanical Pencil, Photoshop 5.0 Comments: I was think of Megumi Ogata at the time, and my thoughts slowly shifted to Lost Paradise. To be short and sweet, Lost Paradise is a comic I've been planning off to the side of my others, and is half like a dungeons and dragons game. Reah is one of the key characters that the Dragon Master plays, and is loosely design off Megumi Ogata. Of course, since I was drawing someone based off Megumi Ogata I couldn't help but do something scandalous. I especially love the little aureole showing under the cloth. I can't say her sword turned out the very best, but I was thinking about feathers when I designed it. Again, I tried to keep design elements in mind with the drapes and the banisters running to keep points of interest. Of course, I can't say the background is done very well at all, because I think it stinks, but the design is there at least. Other gripes I have are her right hand, and the face it looks like she's got a flat back...although I know it's because her arm blocks it. Aside that, I think it's fine.
