Analysis

This is our last brew before a hectic Christmas so we decided to keep it simple

Bubbled at moderate rate for about 2 days then totally stopped bubbling with pressure in fermenter almost equalising outside air pressure

Bock is normally a robust and full flavoured German style dark beer, however, this beer tasted very bland at bottling (could be because we were drinking Blackened Voodoo Lager while bottling)

However, some weeks later the real taste test time arrived and it passed with flying colours !

As expected it is a very smooth full flavoured beer - worth brewing again
