Ingredients 1 Can Brewmasters Reserve Black Rock Bock 1 Kg Light Malt Extract 25 gms Tettnanger Hops Yeast (comes with can of goo)
Method Bring hops to boil in 2-3 litres water for 20 mins Turn off heat and allow to steep for another 20 mins Strain into fermenter Add 2 litres boiling water Add LME Add hot/cold water to make up 22 litres Pitch yeast at 27 deg C
