Ingredients Muntons Gold Docklands Porter 1 Kg Australian Yellow Box Honey 2 Pkts Yeast 250 gms Crystal Malt 250 gms Chocolate Malt
Method Boil Honey to kill any stray yeasts Boil Malts together in 3L water for 20 mins Steep for 20 mins - strain into fermenter Add honey and top off with water
