Ingredients Black Rock Mexican Lager 1.25 Kg 'The Right Stuff' 45 gm German Perle Hops (9.2%) (a Northern Brewer Cross) 1 x 5 gm pkt Brewing Yeast (came with can) 1 x 3 gm pkt Dry Enzyme (came with can)
Method Boil hops in 2-3L water for 20 mins Strain into fermenter Add warmed can of goo Add The Right Stuff Mix Top with warm/cold water to make 23 Litres at about 25 -28 deg C Measure Specific Gravity Pitch Yeast
