Ingredients Gold Rush Brand Pale Rider Wheat Beer Mix 500 gms Australian Yellow Box Honey 2 Kg Wheat Malt Extract 1.5 Kg Fresh Peaches Yeast (comes with can)
Method Peel, pit and pulp peaches (produces about 1.2 Kg fruit pulp) Boil with honey and about one litre of water for 20 mins Add all to fermenter Top with cold water to around 26 deg C Pitch Yeast
